About car parking

1. Q: Do you have car parking space? Do you charge for it? A: Yes, we have space for 90 cars. It is free of charge.

2. Q: Can I park my large/long vehicle? A: Yes, provided that you let us know your vehicle size when you book.

3. Q: Can I park my bicycle/motorbike? A: Yes, we have roofed parking area for the bicycles/motorbikes.

About check-in / check-out

1. Q: From what time can I check-in? I want to check-in around noon. A: Basically from 3 pm however if you wish to check-in earlier, please let us know your time of arrival to the hotel until one day prior to your check-in date so that we can clean your rooms before your arrival.

2. Q: I am going to check-in late at night. Do you have “curfew” ? A: No “curfew” however please let us know your check-in time if it is going to be later than 9 pm. Security guard will be at the reception, waiting for your check-in.

3. Q: Do you keep my luggage before check-in / after check-out? A: Yes, no problems.

4. Q: What time is the check-out time? Can I have it extended? A: Check-out time is 10 am. We will charge 1,000 yen (tax inckuded) per hour if you wish to remain in your room after the check-out time. Please check-out no later than noon.

About payment

1. Q: Do you accept credit cards/e-money? A: Yes, we do. We don’t accept gift cards/Quo cards for payments to us.

2. Q: Can you change payee’s name on the receipt? A: We can put your preferred name on the receipt if you let us know it as you check-in. For group guests, we can issue a receipt covering your whole group cost.

About meals

1. Q: Do you serve dinner at the hotel? A: Sorry but no. We can recommend some restaurants near the hotel for your dinner instead.

2. Q: Can I have my breakfast without reservation? A: No, please make a necessary reservation.

3. Q: What time do start serving breakfast? Is it buffet? A: Breakfast served in buffet style from 7 to 9 am at the Dining Bar SOLA. Please note buffet may be changed to set menu under certain circumstances. (*reservation required)

4. Q: Is Yukata (Japanese bath robe) allowed in Dining Bar SOLA? A: Yes, Yukata and slippers acceptable.

About public bath

1. Q: What time can I take the bath? A: From 6 to 9 in the morning and 3 pm to 1 am. Non-hotel guests can use the bath until 11 pm.

2. Q: Are there any towels available in the bath? A: No. Please bring the towel in your room to the bath.

About other facilities

1. Q: Can I access the Internet / Is Wi-Fi available? A: Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Password shown in each room.

2. Q: Do you have laundry? A: Yes, we have washing machines and dryers. They are free of charge. You can buy detergent at the front desk. Please bring your detergent if you stay with us for long-term.

3. Q: Can I bring some comic books to my room? A: Yes, no problems. Please put them back when you check-out.
